A loose doorknob, broken doorbell, that spot on the wall that seems to grow the more you look at it. A flickering bulb on a high ceiling, rusty gate, a door that won't quite close unless you shimmy it each time..........

When a customer has a list of small jobs, I offer half-day and day rates rather than charging by the project. That way I can tackle smaller jobs without adding to the bill.

 

Once you send your list over, we'll work together to figure out priorities and come up with a schedule that works for you.
